2nd Saturday "Uplift Resilience Academy"

The ability to build resilience has never been more important.

Resilience is the ability to cope with difficult or challenging life experiences. It is the ability to bounce back from adversity and to thrive in the face of challenges. This "academy" provides the knowledge and skills required to build resiliency and lead yourself through life transitions.

This academy is specifically designed to accommodate Black veterans, servicemembers, and family members.

• The academy is cohort-based with each cohort meeting on the 2nd Saturday of each month for 1.5 hours from 10:00 - 11:30 am EST.  
• The academy includes 1.5 contact hours of virtual group discussion, interactive activities, and role-play.
• Sessions ensure a thorough understanding of applicable factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge.
• Sessions leverage your unique challenges and perspectives.
